When someone in Bristol, Bath, Swindon, south Gloucestershire, north Somerset or Wiltshire needs us, we’re there. But only because someone else remembered us in their Will.

Gifts in Wills fund about one in three people we care for – that’s how vital they are. Without them, we might lose our ability to deliver hospice care at home to the people who need us, along with some fantastic family events and long-term bereavement support. Jessie May is more than just a hospice at home, and our service is free at the point of use.

But, unlike the NHS, it is not fully state funded. While Jessie May does receive some government funding, more than 80% of the funds we need each year comes from generous donors.
