The money you raise will help our specialist nurses continue to provide expert care and support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions in their own homes. Our nurses work across the South West, helping families spend precious time together, creating memories and receiving the care they need in the place where they feel most comfortable.

For many families, Jessie May is a lifeline. We provide respite care, emotional support, end-of-life care and bereavement support, ensuring families never have to face their journey alone. Every pound you raise through your marathon challenge will help us continue delivering these vital services and reaching more families who need our support.
