Amazon’s annual Prime Day event will be held on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd June, and this year AmazonSmile is increasing the donation amount for Prime members!
They’re doubling all donations (1% instead of 0.5%) that Prime members make while doing their shopping with AmazonSmile during the Prime Day event.
Furthermore, any Prime member who activates AmazonSmile in their Amazon mobile app between now and the end of Prime Day will generate a 10x donation (that’s an incredible 5%!) on their first AmazonSmile-eligible purchase on Prime Day.
For example, if you buy a £500 TV on Prime Day using this special AmazonSmile offer, they will generate a £25 donation for Jessie May, at no cost to you or them!

How to use AmazonSmile on the Amazon Shopping app
AmazonSmile customers can now support Jessie May in the Amazon shopping app on iPhones and Android phones! Simply follow these instructions to turn on AmazonSmile and start generating donations.
- Open the Amazon Shopping app on your device
- Go into the main menu of the Amazon Shopping app and tap into ‘Settings’
- Tap ‘AmazonSmile’ and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process
