We are honoured to have won the ‘Best Children’s Charity’ Award through The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2018!
We took part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge from November 27th to December 4th last year to boost our charity’s funds and welcome 11 additional children to our services. We had an incredible week during the campaign and not only reached our £23,100 fundraising target just hours into the campaign, but went on to raise more than £10,000 over our original target!
In total, £33,495.75 was raised for Jessie May through the national match-funding campaign, and we are now thrilled to be presented with a further £1,000 as winners of the ‘Best Children’s Charity’ award!
The entire Jessie May team had a wonderful Big Give week last year and were overwhelmed by the level of support from everyone involved – from our Pledgers, our Champion Pledger Candis Magazine, everyone who donated and shared our campaign, and of course The Big Give team!
Once again, we’d like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone involved in a real calendar highlight for us.
