When is it happening…
Join us between 11.00am – 2.00pm on Wednesday, 14th August. We’ll make a call at 10am on picnic day regarding the weather. If you don’t hear from us, consider it all systems go!
Where is it happening…
We’re heading to Kingsmour Park in Kingston Seymour, just south of Clevedon.
Address: Middle Lane, Kingston Seymour, Clevedon, BS21 6XW.
What’s on offer…
Run by Yeo Valley Lions Club, this village playground has it all; wheelchair swing, double width slide, tubular bells, motion censored water feature as well as a fort and plenty of space to let off steam! We’ll also be bringing some of our garden games and let’s not forget the important bit…a couple of Jessie May nurses!
What to bring…
Don’t forget to bring a picnic for your family, a blanket and sun protection. There’s some picnic benches at the park we can use and we’ll also have water with us to refill your water bottles.
Parking…
To reach the park, please use the following postcode BS21 6XW. Look out for the yellow Yeo Valley Lions sign just before the turning to the park. What3words:///suspends.longer.archive. There is a very small drop off area immediately by the pedestrian entrance to the park and plenty of free parking approx 40m on the private lane just past the playground.
Other useful information…
We’ll bring our gazebo along to create a pop up changing place. Floor mats will be in use but no hoist unfortunately. There is a regular portaloo for our use by the entrance to the park. Kingsmour Park is a secure park with access via a code. Jessie May or Yeo Valley Lions will be able to let you in / out.
