If your child or family are looking to access specialised nursing care or bereavement support from the Jessie May care team…

Please note: If the referral is urgent, as end of life care support is required – please phone our Care Team on 0117 9582172 after you have made the referral so that we can action urgently.
Once submitted your referral will be reviewed by the Care Team, and an initial acknowledgement will be made within 7 days (via email or phone call)
We will then review the referral to assess what level of care you and your family need.
We will then contact the family to advise of acceptance, and what happens next. In the case where the Jessie May service is not right for a family, they will be informed and signposted to other appropriate services.
