Expect pure vibrancy as the borough comes alive for a weekend of celebration and running from 17 – 18 May 2025.
Encompassing the Hackney 5k and Schools’ Challenge on Saturday, and the Wizz Air Hackney Half Marathon on Sunday – there is something for everyone. Across the weekend, the Event Village offers festival vibes with live music, street food and activities for all! Cruise down Mare Street through a carnival of sound and pass through iconic landmarks, including Hackney Town Hall, past Victoria Park and Hackney Wick. Its is an exciting and welcoming event, perfect for first-timer runners or experienced participants looking for a PB or good time!
