6.30pm – Welcome Drinks – You can enjoy 2 welcome drinks per person on arrival

9.45pm – Live auction and raffle and the online auction closes
10.10pm – Closing remarks

How can you contribute on the night
Please dig deep and support us. All the money you give will help our nurses to support children and families in their own homes – from diagnosis, through life, at the end of life and in bereavement. Jessie May relies on the support of people like you to ensure it can continue to run and to grow to support more families. In the next financial year, it will cost £1.9m to run Jessie May and around 80% of that needs to come from fundraising – every pound really will make a difference!

Raffle
Everyone loves a raffle! Tickets will be on sale from 6.30pm until 8.15pm. Please speak to a member of the Jessie May team to purchase yours. £5 a strip and fantastic prizes to be won!
Donation Envelopes
You will find donation envelopes on your table. There is a QR code for online donations or you can put cash in the envelope and drop it in the donation box. If you wish to remain anonymous, please note this on the donation form inside the envelope
Jessie May Playlist
Last year we had the option to donate £5 to request a song and it was very popular so we are doing similar this year! Get your requests into the DJ using the link below – donate £5 and put the song name and artist in the comments. We cannot guarantee all songs will be played but our DJ will do his best to play all requests.
Photography Opt-Out
We will have a photographer at the event. If you would like to opt out of being in any pictures, please email your name to info@jessiemay.org.uk and request to opt out of charity dinner pictures. All opt out requests must be received by Thursday 29th February.
